How Easy is it to Lay Archatrak Deck Tiles?
You don’t need any tools other than maybe a rubber mallet to tap the tiles into place, a handsaw to cut some tiles and a screwdriver to reinstall some fixing screws, at least on the final row.
A patio can typically be laid in just a few hours, depending on the size of the area. There’s no real need to hire a contractor unless you have an irregular shaped area and don’t want to do lot of tile cutting yourself.

Although Archatrak interlocking wood tiles are coated with a decking oil at the factory, this is a very simple decking oil which is basically designed to enhance the initial appearance.
To reduce the rate at which the tiles will naturally fade in direct sunlight and to keep your deck in optimum condition, we strongly recommend as soon as convenient after installation, to apply a good quality decking oil with a brush or roller.
Archatrak Inc. warrants to the original residential purchaser that its Ipe wood interlocking deck tiles marketed and branded as SwiftDeck shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for the five years from the date of original purchase, under normal use and service conditions.
